1986 Chevrolet El Camino. This El Camino had a new Chevy 350ci V8 crate motor installed just over 1,100 miles ago. It is just broken in with the break-in oil being replaced at 900 miles. A FiTech fuel injection system and Patriot headers help get more ponies out of the motor. The TH200-4R transmission was rebuilt and includes a shift-kit for great performance.
This car was purchased from the 2nd owner, the grandson of the original owner, with approximately 87,000 original miles. The transmission and rear end have been checked and both are tight, like new.
The car is a great driver with no shimmies, squeaks, or rattles and no alignment needed. The exterior is very clean, and the paint is fantastic. The interior has been redone with modern gauges, an updated iPod radio, and new upholstery.
This is a base model El Camino that has been updated with "SS" interior trim components with great attention to detail. It shows very well, and gets lots of attention, no matter which model you want to call it.
