This Mustang comes with a nice Candy Apple Red exterior paint with a White top over a clean Red interior. Powering this Ford is a 289ci V8 paired with a 4 speed manual transmission. This example has been owned by the current owner for the last 23 years and is in excellent condition. It was repainted 15 years ago (PPG/clear) and the engine was rebuilt 14 years ago and it was given a Edelbrock intake and 4bbl added. The rear end has been rebuilt with new inner and outer axle bearings. The owner states that the brakes have been replaced along with a dual chambered master cylinder as well. The transmission was rebuilt with a new clutch as well at the time of rebuild. The Mustang also had new shocks all around and air shocks in the rear. Currently, in its sixth generation, it is the fifth-best-selling Ford car nameplate.
