This 1966 Pontiac GTO Tribute is finished in Montero Red with a black vinyl interior. This Pontiac left the factory as a Lemans, later converted to GTO trim. That being said, it is a beautiful car offered for less than a real GTO. The paint is driver quality but has a great shine to it all around. Chrome and brightwork are in nice shape and contrast nicely against red. Up close, some will be imperfections will be visible. It's riding on the Cragars chrome wheels with GT radials. Under the hood is a 455 CID V8 bored .40 over with Edelbrock Performer heads and Performer RPM intake, Holley carb, Eagle rods, Comp cam, and lifters. Dyno'ed at 500HP @ 5500 RPM. This 455 is paired with a TH350 auto transmission. It also comes nicely equipped with power steering and power brakes. Under the car, the frame, passenger floors, and trunk bed are rust-free. The interior has bucket seats, black carpet, headliner, and door panels, all of which have been replaced. It also has a floor shift and a factory center console. The column-mounted tach and factory clock are inop. It comes with the original owner's manual, receipts, and PHS docs. The driver's seat does shows damage, see pics; overall, it appears to be an original-looking interior. This GTO Tribute is a nice sounding and driving Pontiac, you'll enjoy!
