Pop that aggressive-looking hood open, and a freshly machined and built 350 cubic-inch V-8 engine stares back at you, daring you to try and handle the power it is ready to dole out. Aluminum heads are complemented by Proform roller rocks and a Summit racing cam, as well as a Weiland intake manifold, Fi-Tech fuel injection system, and Holley fuel pump. Exhaust gasses are dealt with thanks to a set of Hooker mid-length headers and Flow Master dual exhaust. Those ponies are then sent through a Sid Neal-built TH350 three-speed automatic transmission that uses a mild converter and Trick Flow transmission pan.
Also hiding under that bright red exterior is a shock/coil spring front suspension while a trailing arm w/coil springs and shocks rear suspension handle handling. Both ends of the car's suspension are beefed up with front and rear swaybars, respectively. A Quick Performance nine-inch rear end sits between a set of UMI control arms.
A QP disc brake kit allows for power disc brakes at all four corners, while 15-inch American Torq Thrust wheels put the perfect finishing touch on this two-year restoration project. So whether you're on your way to meet some friends for a Bay Breeze, or taking your surfboard to go and feel the actual bay breezes, this 1981 Chevrolet Malibu restomod is the perfect vehicle to get you there in style.

Almost every aspect of this car has been redone and/or upgraded in some way. Aside from the powerful-looking cowl induction hood, all the body panels are original equipment. Painted on those panels, however, is a coat of Firecracker red Jeep paint, which was done with a single-stage urethane finish in 2023. Looks better in person, pictures do not do justice! Don't pass it up, call today!!!
