1933 Packard model 1004 Super Eight Coupe Roadster, with rumble seat. A recent garage find estate sale car, this highly desirable Packard came from the estate of author Richard Winer. Winer wrote the book and movie The Devils Triangle He was a car enthusiast and toured with the car 30 years ago in South Florida. The body is excellent, Celery green paint is still good and the deep green leather interior is very nice with a bit of a patina. The black cloth convertible top is also excellent, The chrome cleaned up nicely and the car was just fully recommissioned back to being a dependable driver's car on a fresh set of new black wall tires. One of only 788 Super Eights built that year. 1933 was the first year for this senior series Super Eight model on the same chassis as the Twelve but the smooth straight eight 348.8 ci., 145 h.p. engine.
