This car has been examined by premier Camaro expert Jerry MacNeish and determined to be one of two verified factory original Butternut Yellow 1969 Camaros known to exist. This is the rarest of all 1969 COPO Camaro colors as confirmed by both the Supercar Registry (Yenko.net) and CRG (Camaro Research Group - Camaros.org).
It has undergone a 2 year nut & bolt rotisserie restoration completed in 2019. The body vin stamps have been confirmed. The vin plate and trim tag have never been removed from the car body. Ownership history has been verified back to 1973. NCRS has provided the delivering dealer report. The assembly date of the car is the fifth week in May (05E).
It was shown publicly for the first time in “The Class of 69” invitational display at the Fall 2019 Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in Chicago, Illinois.
