Description:
This 2008 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 was ordered in Velocity Yellow over Ebony leather with the 2LZ Preferred Equipment Group, and it spent time in Georgia, Arkansas, and Illinois before the current owner's 2018 acquisition. The car is powered by a rebuilt 7.0-liter LS7 V8 linked with a six-speed manual gearbox, and it has been modified with a FAST LSXr 102mm intake manifold, a Nick Williams throttle body, an aftermarket camshaft, ported cylinder heads, ARP main and head studs, Darton cylinder sleeves, and a forged rotating assembly featuring a Callies Compstar crankshaft and connecting rods along with Wiseco pistons.
Interior:
The power-adjustable bucket seats are upholstered in Ebony leather with embroidered Z06 logos. The car was optioned with the 2LZ Preferred Equipment Group, which added heated seats with position memory settings for the driver, a power-adjustable steering column, steering wheel audio controls, six-disc CD stereo, and side airbags. The three-spoke steering wheel has an aftermarket rim, and it sits ahead of a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges as well as a head-up display.
Exterior:
The C6 featured a hydro-formed aluminum chassis paired with composite and carbon-fiber bodywork, and this example is finished in Velocity Yellow Tintcoat with black accents. Additional exterior details include xenon headlights, fog lights, and quadruple exhaust outlets as well as aftermarket badges, marker lights, and taillight assemblies with tinted lenses. Staggered-diameter Project 6GR wheels are finished in black and mounted with 275/30-19 Advanta HPZ-01 front tires and 325/25-20 Lexani LX-Twenty rear tires. Braking is handled by red-finished Corvette-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated discs at each corner.
