This 1953 GMC 3100 Long Box underwent a frame-off restoration, completed in August 2021, bringing new life to this classic truck. The restoration included a 12-volt system conversion, rebuilt 228 inline 6 engine, and a smooth-shifting 4-speed manual transmission with a new clutch and pressure plate.
Additional upgrades include stainless steel exhaust pipes, all-new glass, interior wiring, and vents, plus fresh tires measuring 10/32 and brake shoes at 5/32. With new king pins, spring bushings, and a replaced speedometer and gauge cluster, this truck is ready to drive. The odometer reads as since the restoration in 2021. The green exterior paint is complemented by a new wooden bed, tailgate, and bumper bringing both function and charm to this vintage beauty.
