We just picked up this super clean 175 (17.5ft.) Signature Series Sea Ray Bow Rider from the original owners' grandson who told us that the boat had not been used since 2013, although they did run it off the hose from time to time. He did say that since it was bought new that it had always been stored covered, in their climate-controlled storage shed. He also said the boat was used very little that it probably has only around 50 hours on it and that it was always serviced, maintained and winterized by a local Sea Ray dealer.
All the boat needed was a new battery and some fresh fuel to fire up! We changed the spark plugs and added some Sea Foam to the gas tank and checked all systems and everything works as it should. We also fully detailed they boat inside and out and water tested the boat to make sure it runs good and IT DOES!! She starts right up and runs strong and goes right into gear. The 3.0 liter, 4-cylinder engine is very responsive and gets on plane fast and will run 42 mph @ 5000 rpm. Some other features include an Alpha1 outdrive with a stainless-steel prop, power steering, power trim & tilt, AM-FM stereo, drivers side windshield wiper and more! It sits on a single axle aluminum trailer that works well functions as it should. This boat is clean! The hull is solid and shines well and although the original interior does have a few blemishes the vinyl is very soft and supple and still looks like NEW!
This is a very nice, quality-built entry level Sea Ray that has plenty of life left in her. She runs, rides and looks like new and will not disappoint! DON'T MISS IT!!
