It was purchased in San Francisco and remained in the Bay Area its whole life. The previous owner purchased the car in 2009, enjoyed it for many years, serviced it at the same mechanic shop all those years, and finally he decided to sell it. To our knowledge the motor has never been rebuilt, his mechanic always told him it was running perfectly. Of course it had general services done very often. The transmission was rebuilt in 2009.
