These are some of the pix I found in his stuff related to the history of the Willys. It was a barn find he bought from an old guy around here back in 2001. Peter operated a biz called Nasty Racing where he mainly built racing engines that he sold all over this world. He had other Willys projects ( fibreglass bodied that he powered etc and sold but this one is his baby as it is real steel thus the value ) He had restored it over the years with the goal to drag and at one point had it fit for a dyno'd 800 + horse Hemi Blower motor that he built. some pix will show engines etc.. Unfortunately he ended up with terminal cancer and fought that for 5 years which changed his plans and brought the project to a halt obviously so now it's with me and I don't operate in that world, but know lots of his gearhead buddies who do and that's how I ended up directed to you. Last year I sold the engine to a fella in Alberta, Western Canada who knew Peter & had bought from him over the years who came out here to get it. I was advised by his cronies & guys who helped with it to sell it , considering that 10 different guys would want to finish it 10 different ways, which is why it sits now in my garage.
