SPRING 2025 CHRYSLER 300 INTERNATIONAL CLUB MEET

Information for the Spring 2025 Chrysler 300 International Club MeetThe Chrysler 300 Club International, Inc will hold its 54th Annual Spring Meet in Lafayette, Louisiana. When people think of Louisiana they think of the deep South with miles of bayous, a unique take on French culture and lots of good food. Lafayette is the center of Cajun Country and is commonly referred to as Acadiana. This is the area where the French who were exiled from L'Acadie now Nova Scotia, Canada by the British in 1755 found a home. The people local to the area, Cajuns, are the largest French-speaking minority in the USA, and while you may not hear them speaking French at the local gas station, if you visit Moncus Park on Saturday morning, I assure you, you will find some there sipping some coffee under the oaks As a special treat, 15 minutes down the road, the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival will be taking place May 1 through May 4. This is one of the largest and best known festivals Louisiana has to offer with amazing food, music and local artisan booths.The Lafayette Spring Meet will be held Wednesday April 30 through Sunday May 4. Average high temperatures during the meet are in the mid 80s and average low temperatures are in the mid 60s and humidity is in the comfortable range.The Club is dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and enjoyment of Chrysler 300 Letter Series automobiles. The Beautiful Brutes, as they are often called, were built from 1955 - 1965. Also included is the 1970 300 Hurst. The Club was founded in 1970 and now has about 800 members throughout the world, and over its 50 years plus life, the Club has had nearly 4,000 members. The annual spring and fall meets often attract 100 or more members and 20 - 30 Chrysler 300 automobiles. In addition to the normal Chrysler 300 related meet activities, our meet hosts have planned visits to Avery Island to tour the iconic Tobasco production factory and the picturesque Jungle Gardens, to Rip Van Winkle Gardens and estate, and to tour a local private car collection. Our Club Car Show and Concours Judging event will be held Saturday from 10-2 in the S College Parking Lot next to Moncus Park. Our Club Banquet and Awards Ceremony is Saturday evening. Sunday afternoon the car show closes with an optional Swamp Tour being offered. If interested, please reach out to Kelly by April 9. 74th Annual Sacramento Autorama

Hundreds of hot rods, custom vehicles, muscle cars, lowriders, trucks, and motorcycles will take over Cal Expo at the 74th annual Sacramento Autorama, May 2-4.Dont miss one of Northern California's largest annual car shows. Along with an array of award-worthy custom vehicles, this years event, sponsored by OReilly Auto Parts and ARP Fasteners, will host the second annual Worlds Most Beautiful Lowrider award, honoring the most outstanding lowrider entry at the show. 8th Annual LMTE Boosters Car Show

The Line Mountain Technology Education Boosters are hosting their 8th Annual Car Show on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025. The rain date will be the following day, Sunday, May 4th.This show has earned a great reputation, hosting over two hundred cars at our most recent shows Our car shows are very unique. The Line Mountain Technology Education students are responsible for the entire car show. They spend two evenings a week the entire school year planning every detail of the event. They even design and build our famous hand-crafted trophies. This year, we have 17 classes with the top three in each class receiving a trophy. We also offer a best of show award, which also receives $100 cash and is featured on next years event t-shirt. Celebrating 90 Years of the Jaguar Marque

The Jaguar Club of Southern New England will be celebrating 90 years of the Jaguar marque on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at the Waters Edge Resort & Spa located at 1525 Boston Post Road in Westbrook, Connecticut. The Back to 1935 exhibition will have a special display of Jaguar vehicles spanning the decades, including the cars that made Jaguar famous XKE, 60's saloons and the more modern F-type, as well as lesser known and more modern models. These vehicles have been pre-selected to represent the Jaguar history and will grace the ocean-side lawns and patios surrounding the Waters Edge, a perfect & photogenic setting for these historic and elegant automobiles. The exhibition will run from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 4, 2025 and spectators are welcome. In the event of rain or other unfavorable weather, the exhibition will be cancelled.

Its back: British Steel IV, an all-British, mostly-vintage motor rally. Meet at an undisclosed Calistoga location for a little pre-rally social hour. At 9am, leave in 3 groups HARE, TORTOISE, and SNAIL 5 minutes apart for an 100 mile drive, done by noon. What does your $50 get you? Only this: a parking pass, rally decal, a PDF with rally info and route directions, a Google Map and downloadable .kml file, and an amazing morning out on Northern California's best backroads with a cre of like-minded drivers. All applications are subject to review and approval by BCR in the case your application is not accepted, your registration fee will be refunded. After approval, registration fees are not refundable or transferable to another person, or rally for any reason. Rallies are rain or shine but, due to safety concerns, not 'storm or shine' - if BCR cancels a rally, you'll receive a raincheck for any forthcoming BCR rally that your car is eligible for. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. Registration is per vehicle - not per person. Share the good times feel free to bring as many people as your car can safely seat. This is a private event. We don't view you or your car as an attraction - no spectators are permitted at start points. Gas up prior to arriving at the starting location limited gas stations along the route. Top 30 car/truck show trophies, Top 5 tractor show trophies, plus Best of Show trophy and Longest Distance trophy and 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place parade cash awards. Parade participation is optional. Parade participants must pre-register by 5/18/25. Parade vehicles must show current proof of liability insurance. Dash plaques, goody bags, door prizes, trivia games, food and craft vendors, special displays and memorial ceremony. Car/truck/tractor show entry $20 per vehicle, parade participation is free. Spectators are free. Show begins 9:00am, participant judging 11-12, Parade starts 1:00pm, awards around 2-3:00pm.
